Germany: Shipping fee 4.90 € per shipment. From 100 € free shipping.
EU: Shipping fee €10.00 per shipment. From 200 € free shipping.
Lichtenstein, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland: flat-rate shipping fee of € 15.00. From 300 € free shipping.
USA & Canada: Shipping fee 24,90 €. Above 500 € free of charge.

International shipping outside the EU
VAT
All prices in this online shop are gross, incl. the current German VAT.
We do not charge VAT for shipments to non-EU countries.
Import VAT and customs duties may be levied in the recipient country. We have no influence on that. Headphonebutler.com has no influence on whether and to what extent taxes and foreign customs duties are levied. Shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded by us under any circumstances.

Tracking numbers
All our shipments have a tracking number that allows you to track the shipping route. The tracking number is generated before packaging and shipping.
Return and Exchange (NON-EU)
All products must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Shipping delays
Sometimes, unfortunately, delays are unavoidable. The reasons may be the logistics company or caused by customs clearance. Headphonebutler.com assumes no liability for delays. However, your order is insured at our expense.
Unclaimed orders
Remember, when you place an order, you are also responsible for receiving the delivery at your end. If our courier is unable to successfully deliver your parcel to you, we will have to charge you for shipping and returning to us. You will receive a tracking number and tracking information in your shipping confirmation (check your spam folder if you haven’t received a notification).
